I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms right above the lobby. The service was fabulous, with excellent and attentive staff who even enjoyed chatting during housekeeping. The location was excellent, offering beautiful surroundings and convenient access to the mountains and shopping in North Conway. While the dining experience was reasonably priced, the limited selection was a bit disappointing. Overall, I found great value for money during my visit.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect for the reception and had a view, comfortable, and a good size. The service was very welcoming, warm, and friendly, over-and-above all expectations. The location was perfect with a fantastic view, convenient for the mountains and shopping. The dining was yummy despite one meal hiccup. The facilities were great overall.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, the service was impeccable with a welcoming touch, the location was stunning nestled in the historic beauty of the area, and the dining was a total delight with delicious menu options. The only downside was the slightly slow service during dining.
